When you are ready to request a new study account after consultation, complete the Yale Research Project Request Form. When submitting your request, identify REDCap as your target system and whether you have preference for the University or YNHH REDCap servers.

Please note: The Principal Investigator is responsible for all projects under a REDCap study account.
