How user access works
You need a Yale NetID to use REDCap on the Yale University servers.

Getting into a project takes two things: an account on the server, and access to the project itself. Only study staff with the right privileges can add users to a project and assign their rights. REDCap administrators can’t add users to your project.
Add new users
Step 1: Log in. Log in to REDCap I or REDCap II with your Yale NetID. That creates your account. You no longer need to submit an account request.
Step 2: Get added to the project. Once you’ve logged in, someone on your study team can add you on the project’s User Rights page.
Reactivating your account
REDCap accounts are suspended after 180 days without activity, to keep the system secure. To reactivate yours, use the REDCap Support form.
