When you are ready to close out your REDCap study, please follow the steps below to ensure complete and secure retention of your project materials.
Contact us and provide the planned date for closing your study. Only the Project Owner (Principal Investigator) or their assigned delegate may request study closure.
Before we close the study, please download and save the following items from REDCap:
- All project data
- The data dictionary
- The codebook
- Any uploaded files in the File Repository
- The Project XML file
- A PDF copy of all data collection forms
Once you confirm that all materials have been saved in a secure location, we will remove all user access and archive every project associated with your study profile.
