Close Account

Contact us and provide the date for closing the account. Only the Account Owner, or delegate, can close an account.

Before you close your account, please download:

1.  All project data
2. The data dictionary
3.  Code book
4. Any uploaded files in the file repository
5. Project XML file
6. PDF copy of the data collection forms from REDCap

We will confirm you have saved your files in a secure location; and, once confirmed, we will remove all user-access and archive all the projects in your account.
