Yale Affiliates with a Yale NetID

If you would like to to use REDCap for a NEW study, follow the steps below:  

1. Open the Data System Triage Form.* 
2. Initiate the request by providing the name of the ‘Principal Investigator’.  
   1. For activities that do not involve research, enter the name of the REDCap project-owner.
3. Select ‘Data Systems Triage’ and complete the request form.
