REDCap I, II, and YNHH Standard 

If you would like to create a project to use with an EXISTING study, follow the steps below:  

  1. Login to REDCap
  2. On the My Project page, click the + New Project option.
Request a project

You will be asked to provide information and we will confirm this is part of an existing study that has been referred through Data System Triage.
